The penultimate day of SIHH 2015 has come to a close, and the number of watches on our wish list is continuing to grow. Here is our round up of SIHH 2015 Day 3…
BAUME & MERCIER

Baume & Mercier boast a unique place within the Richemont group, and indeed at SIHH. Their heritage spans well over a century, meaning they more than hold their own in that respect. Their price points are what really set them apart though, as the majority of their pieces fall between the £1,500 – £3,000 mark., For SIHH they have introduced a few new models and really developed on the existing, and very popular, Clifton, Classima and Hampton lines. The Classima is indeed B&M’s most popular family, and they’ve introduced a number of subtle changes to the design, including a new elegant dial, a flat bezel and smaller lugs. After seeing today’s presentation, it’s only made us want one more.
GREUBEL FORSEY

Many would argue that Greubel Forsey produce works of art rather than simply watches. Their unique, eccentric designs are some of the most impressive out there, and we got the opportunity to experience them up close and personal today at SIHH. Our favourite has to be the First Naissance dune Montre Prototype concept piece, which celebrates the beauty of watchmaking in all its hand-finished glory.
PIAGET

Founded in 1874, Piaget are a prestigious brand to say the least. They specialise in ultra-thin timepieces and seem to have a knack for knocking off the millimetres like no other brand. They’ve worked their magic again with this, the Alitplano Chronograph, which is the thinnest chrono in the world – measuring just 8.24mm in case size. We are of course familiar with the Altiplano, but the chronograph complication gives it a much sportier feel. We can’t get enough.
