Welcome to Embassy Gardens, one of London’s most important new developments

Introducing the newest diplomatic precinct and everything you need to know about it

Sitting in the very centre of the Nine Elms regeneration area is the stunning and profound Embassy Gardens, a stone’s throw from Westminster & Chelsea and set to be as prestigious as its neighbouring borough. Described as a new diplomatic precinct and situated on the riverside, the residential and commercial scheme is the result of years of hard work and will soon become the centrepiece of the diplomatic population.

The diplomatic population does deserve the highest standards – and for good reason. The very best craftsmanship, skill and engineering have been used throughout development to ensure that no stone is left unturned, and the result is outstanding. With one-off features such as the stunning Sky Pool, attention to detail has been meticulous and as you’d expect, nothing is amiss. The entire Nine Elms area has of late gone through an enormous regeneration and following a huge amount of investment, design and excellent execution, it has found a new future as the diplomatic precinct of London, which is undoubtedly Europe’s most important city.

The style of the entire Embassy Gardens is distinctive, with apartments that sit within landscaped public squares, parks and gardens. The new US embassy will soon open adjacent to Embassy Gardens and further west sits the imminent regeneration of Battersea Power Station, so Embassy Gardens truly does sit inside one of London’s most prestigious, respected and important areas. The project as a whole will include up to 1,750 new homes, over 20,000 square metres of both office and flexible workspace and will be spread over eight building plots rising up to 23 storeys in height. Pretty impressive.

Within the development is the Legacy Building, a stunning piece of architecture that sits amongst the impeccably groomed gardens that will surround the new US Embassy and includes the completely unique Sky Pool, which lies across two buildings and has a glass bottom meaning that its views are totally second-to-none. Everything from the apartments to the more communal areas are designed so perfectly that you’ll never want to leave – and for good reason.
