Watch The Gentleman’s Grand Tour jet off to Cannes
A black tie dinner on the Goodwood Estate. A private jet flight across the Channel. A party at the iconic Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. Relive the annual Gentleman’s Journal trip now.
Each year, the Gentleman’s Journal takes a trip to the Cannes Film Festival. It’s our official start of summer, and this year the company, style, cars and weather were better than ever. Watch the video above to relive ‘The Gentleman’s Grand Tour’ now.
The week began with a tour of the English countryside in vintage Land Rover Defenders, before we headed to the Goodwood Estate’s Hound Lodge for a well-deserved black tie dinner. The next morning, we jetted off to France, with guests including Richard Biedul, Eric Underwood and Thomas Brodie Sangster boarding our private plane at Farnborough Airfield.
That evening, Gentleman’s Journal and Chopard threw an exclusive private dinner at the infamous Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, before partying into the night at the Hotel Martinez — where guests including Sam Way, Luke Pasqualino and Bradley James raised their glasses alongside Brooklyn Beckham and Colin Firth. As always, the annual trip was a decadent affair, but somehow we’ve managed to condense it down into the one minute edit above…
Heading off yourself this summer? Here’s why terry towelling is this summer’s poolside style salvation…
