Gentleman’s Journal host Cannes dinner at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc

With guests including Oliver Cheshire, Richard Biedul and Eric Underwood, The Gentleman’s Grand Tour enjoyed a delectable dinner at the storied hotel

The Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc is an institution. Last year, Gentleman’s Journal spent three days behind the scenes at the hotel, learning sun-soaked secrets at the spiritual home of the international jet set. So, when we needed to find a setting for the denouement of The Gentleman’s Grand Tour, we could think of few places better.

After a day strolling down the Croisette, and before attending the Chopard party atop the Hotel Martinez, guests including Richard Biedul, Bradley James, Sam Way and Thomas Brodie Sangster descended on the Riviera resort of Cap d’Antibes for an evening of chilled rosé and good food.

Rosé was flowing as The Gentleman’s Grand Tour celebrated its final night in the French city, overlooking the warm waves of the Mediterranean and spotting superyachts at anchor — in town for the glamorous film festival taking place around the Golfe Juan.

Luke Pasqualino and Lord Settrington were among the guests who took in the scenery from the Eden-Roc bar, joined by friend of Gentleman’s Journal Oliver Cheshire and fiancé Pixie Lott before dinner.

Eric Underwood, Pietro Boselli and Editor-in-Chief of Gentleman’s Journal then sat down to dinner at the storied hotel, enjoying a long, delectable meal and a final Americano — before heading back along the Riviera to the legendary Chopard Cannes Film Festival party.
