Feeling blue? We certainly are — but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. From the light blue hue of Bamford’s new titanium watch to the deep, dark navy of Aubin’s latest jacket, we’ve splashed the cool colour all over this week’s Editor’s Picks. From the forward-thinking folks at Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin, the ‘Experimentum Series 2y06’ release takes its inspiration from a Sunday roast staple; mint sauce. It may sound odd, but the condiment-inspired concoction is a velvety treat, brilliantly blending the sharp tang of vinegar with the sweetness of honey.
Feeling blue: Bamford Titanium ‘B347’ Wristwatch
New to the burgeoning Bamford family, the British brand’s well-received ‘B347’ model has had an overhaul for spring. Now cast in rough-and-ready titanium, the case sits on an aqua blue strap (the signature colour of the company) and is complemented by a dial that darts between this trademark shade and a deeper, darker navy.
Pan out: Le Creuset Cast Iron ‘Grillit’ at Bicester Village
Is it a brazier? Is it a pan? No, it’s a skillet! Or, to give Le Creuset’s signature cast iron creation its true name, a ‘Grillit’. Devised by the brand to lock in flavour and drain away fat — and available for just a fraction of its original £140 price at Bicester Village — this handy pan is perfect for health fanatics and gastro aficionados alike.
Zip it: Aubin ‘Quibell’ Harrington Jacket
Last year, British brand Aubin smartly relaunched in the menswear market — and this subtle spin on the classic Harrington jacket is its best launch yet. Made from cotton twill and lined with poplin, the modern twist on the icon features gold zips and flap-patch pockets. Our favourite feature? That cord-top collar; perfect for popping.
Pitch perfect: Gibson ‘Elvis Dove’ Acoustic Guitar
With Baz Luhrmann’s cinematic spin on The King of rock ‘n’ roll hitting cinemas this summer, brands around the world have begun tuning up and churning out collaborations with the estate of Elvis Presley. This, the ‘Elvis Dove’ acoustic guitar, has been handmade by the expert luthiers and artisans of the Gibson Acoustic Custom Shop in Bozeman, Montana.

This week, with The Godfather celebrating its 50th anniversary, we took a look at the style lessons we could learn from the film. Shifting gears: Alpine A4810 Concept Hypercar
Introducing Alpine’s future flagship; the hydrogen-powered, hypercar-redefining A4810. Designed for the French brand by students at the Turin-based Istituto Europeo di Design, it’s got an almost organic look; with rippling curves bubbling up along its low-slung length. The domed cockpit is particularly futuristic — and that rear end looks more fighter jet than road-going racer.
