Wishlist: What we want this week

From smartphones to supercars, this is what we want this week...

With the option to choose almost any vehicle – or, questionably, firearm – you want, and get its blueprints laser engraved on anodised aluminium, this service makes for the best gifts or unique pieces of wall decoration around. Choose size and colour to personalise even further.

To blend into your decor, Samsung have designed a flat screen TV which looks like a frame once put into standby mode. With an interchangeable frame, and 100 pre-loaded art pieces, which will show up instead of a turned-off television, this new offering pairs with its no-gap wall mount to give us a savvy alternative to your usual home entertainment system.

In their latest collaboration with AIDS charity (RED), Apple have created their first ever special edition handset. A deep red finish on the back plate and buttons pairs with a white from to give a new look to one of the best-selling phones on the planet. Technically, however, the phone remains the same.

Using a mixture of turbine technology, batteries, electric motors and a diesel engine to deliver serious performance, Techrules new TREV-based system produces an enviable 1,300 horsepower when the taps are opened. A top speed of 198 mph is the crowning glory of this Italian leather-clad supercar. The peak of Chinese automotive performance.

It’s a big week for the iPhone. Not one, but two of its latest iterations have made it onto our wishlist. But, whilst the former was legitimate, this is a handset customised by Colorware. With rainbow logo and beige case, the limited run has been designed to ape the classic Apple Mac. But, like the (RED) edition, the tech remains the same.

It may look a little daunting – and probably could double as a weapon in the event of an unwelcome intruder – but the Steel Mace is actually a highly effective way to increase the strength of both your core and joints. Given its design, the Mace works out much smaller muscles, and groups that wouldn’t usually work together. And, what’s more, it’s virtually indestructible.
