The Cotes de Provence is known for producing some of the best Rose in the world. In our view you cannot get better than Chateau Minuty Rose, it is one of the best, if not the best. Located just a stones throw away from the Glamorous port of St Tropez, where their bottles are enjoyed over long lunches in the summer, lies this beautiful vineyard.

In 1936 Gabriel Farnet (the current owners Grandfather) set himself up at Chateau Minuty and set about restoring it to its former splendor. In 1955 Chateau Minuty became one of 23 wineries to be classified with the distinguished Cru Classe des Cotes de Provence.
