TV PICK – Boris Johnson, The Irresistible Rise

The Andrew Marr show has always had a reputation for grilling politicians on their week ahead and the week before, however it rarely produces a performance like Eddie Mair destroying Boris Johnson, as we saw yesterday. Lets face it, we all love to see a politician squeal and yesterday It’s fair to say that Boris must of been slightly hot under the collar. The questioning was in regards to tonight’s BBC documentary. Micheal Cockerall has delved deep and produced a documentary about Britain’s most loved politician and his rise to London’s Mayor. People who have been interviewed are said to include Boris’s sister, Conrad Black and Ken Livingstone. Expect to find out lots about Boris’s questionable past, as well as his ambitions for the future.
