William Asprey has a particular and definitively British take on the finest things in life. And, after forming William & Son in 1999, the entrepreneur has been dedicated to employing the highest quality craftsmanship and the most exemplary of materials, to tradition but also innovation, and most definitely to the charms of the unexpected.

One such craft, imbued with charm and traditional techniques, is watchmaking – one of Asprey’s passions. Here, Gentleman’s Journal watch expert Justin Hast met up with William Asprey, and the two talked just what draws them to their mutual passion: timepieces.
