What does one do on one of the finest May evenings London has had in recent memory? Last night Gentleman’s Journal hosted an exclusive dinner with the American brand, whereby the likes of stylist Luke Day, pianist Cyrill Ibrahim, ballet dancer and actor Eric Underwood, businessman and internet personality Eyal Booker and sustainability activist and model Arizona Muse attended.

As the sun set, glistening on the distant panelled glass of the City of London, the candles were lit and guests enjoyed “Farm Berry Collins” and “Gold Fashioned” cocktails, which were twisted with Maker's Mark's Star Hill Farm whisky, and a three course meal comprising burrata, cornfed chicken, and a slab of chocolate cake that the head distiller at Maker's Mark described as “worth the calories”. An evening of good chat, great food and even better cocktails. That’s how you celebrate one of those quite rare glorious London evenings, if you ask us.
