Make some space in your bathroom cabinet, because Gentleman’s Journal Grooming Awards are back. Six expert judges, thousands of readers and the finest, most innovative products are set to be tested and scrutinised in a bid to find the best shampoos, shaving creams, serums and shower gels around.
Among the judges are model of the moment Oliver Cheshire, @dapperchapper founder Adam Tanous and world famous models Johannes Huebl and Toby Huntington Whiteley. Rounding out the panel are Phil Green, renowned personal shopper at Farfetched, and Jack Guinness, fashion’s latest leading personality and Gentleman’s Journal contributor.
The highly-contested categories include Best Hair (including shampoo and styling creams), Best Shave (including best razor, shaving cream and post-shave balm), Best Skin Care (including moisturiser, anti-ageing serum and grooming tool), Best Body Care (including sun care and shower gel) and Best Fragrance (including classic scent, summer scent and evening aftershave). Also featured is the coveted editor’s pick award.
Gentleman’s Journal are currently working hard whittling down entries into shortlists for each category, and will send off the lucky finalists to be tested by our panel. Winners will be announced in our November/December issue, and online shortly afterward. So don’t work yourself into a lather or wash your hands of endless product options just yet; for grooming salvation is nigh.
