There’s something of a turtle shell about King Seiko’s latest timepiece. But that’s fitting, given that is celebrates Kameido — the birthplace of the brand and an area of Tokyo once known as ‘Turtle Island’. With its signature pressed pattern and dark brown dial, this unique watch is limited to just 600 pieces.
Driven snow: Range Rover Sport ‘Deer Valley’ Edition
Based on the Range Rover Sport Autobiography P530 V8, this snow-ready SUV sees the British brand collaborate with Utah’s Deer Valley, one of the oldest ski resorts in the US. 20 will be made, and each will have custom 23-inch wheels, carbon fibre interiors and two sets of custom, bespoke Hinterland skis.
Bundle up: Luca Faloni Zip-Front Chunky Cardigan
The Italian knitwear brand has always been one step ahead of the seasons — offering light piqué polos for summer, and cosy cardigans for winter. The latest piece we’ve zipped up from Luca Faloni is the latter; a zip-through sweater knitted from four-ply cashmere and fitted with a double-ended ruthenium zip.
Lift off: Hill ‘HX50’ Helicopter
Originally unveiled in 2020, the ‘HX50’ is the creation of British aerospace engineer, Jason Hill. Fusing engineering excellence and elegance, the company has counted hundreds of pre-orders for the carbon-fibre, five-seat helicopter — and flight testing begins imminently. With a cruising speed of over 160mph, buyers are in for quite the ride.

The design, which pairs to your smartphone and can be controlled using hand gestures, is crafted from magnesium-lithium alloy, carbon fibre and has a silicon-oxygen battery.
Making waves: Princess Y95 Yacht
The new flagship model of the British brand’s ‘Y Class’ range, this large flybridge motor yacht is a maritime masterpiece. Created in collaboration with both Italian design house Pininfarina and esteemed naval architects Olesinski, it’s got prime pedigree — and is finished with the brand’s signature sweeping lines.

Raise a glass: Highland Park 54 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
This age-old whisky from Highland Park plays the numbers game. It’s been released to celebrate the Orkney distillery’s 225th anniversary — and so only 225 bottles will ever exist. Additionally, (in dollars, at least) each of these bottles will cost $54,000 — to echo the number of years the lychee, coriander and heathery peat smoky spirit has been aged.
Put on ice: Persol Protector ‘2023 Edition’ Sunglasses
For the 2023 edition of the annual I.C.E. St. Moritz, these frosty new frames from Persol have been handcrafted in Italy from gunmetal and come fitted with removable black perforated leather sweatband and blinders. But the best bit? Those icy blue mirror lenses — perfect when you’re careening your classic car across a frozen lake.
Throw a curve: Loro Piana ‘Portofino’ Frisbee
And, for our final fling of the week, take a look at this luxury frisbee. Lightweight and compact, it comes courtesy of storied Italian fashion house, Loro Piana — and is crafted from PVC, stamped with the label’s logo and delivered in a fully waterproof, beach-ready bag.
