Longines Spirit Zulu Time 1925

Marking the 100th Anniversary of Longines’ first dual time zone watch, the Swiss brand’s latest release, the Spirit Zulu Time 1925, celebrates a century of global connections and international travel. The campaign film, featuring Longines’ newest Ambassador of Elegance, Henry Cavill, taps into our latent wanderlust, with the former Man of Steel posing the profound (yet slightly leading) question “what time is it there?” creating an itch for adventure, which, if not scratchable by immediate travel, might just be satisfied by investing in a new watch. There’s one we can certainly recommend…
LOVE BRAND & Co. Hot as Shell Staniel Swim Shorts

There are times for being demure, where muted outfits speak more than bright ensembles, however, on vacation, in the sea, and by the pool are not these times. Swim shorts are one of the handful of pieces where men are fully permitted to showcase a little flare, and in these instances we always look to LOVE BRAND & Co. Crafted from 100 per cent recycled material, the Hot as Shell Staniel Swim Shorts have recently caught our eye, and their spiral conch and ‘Nantucket’ red (a shade made famous by Murray’s Toggery Shop in Massachusetts) pattern look as cool on the dock as they do in the water.
BLEU DE CHANEL All-Over Fragrance Balm

A uniquely versatile way to experience one of the world’s most recognisable fragrances, the limited-edition BLEU DE CHANEL All-Over Fragrance Balm can be applied to the hands, hair and beard for a subtle scent recharge when you’re on the go. The rich formula leaves skin feeling hydrated and supple, in addition to softening facial hair and leaving the wearer comfortably scented in BLEU DE CHANEL’s aromatic, woody notes for the remainder of the day/night.
VENTETE aH-1 Inflatable Helmet

As the days becomes milder and evenings grow longer it’s understandable that Black Cabs and Ubers lose their appeal in favour of Lime Bikes and Forests – there’s something freeing about a loosely-buttoned linen shirt billowing as you make haste to your soiree before the rosé in the front basket becomes undrinkable-y warm. Romance aside, one can never be too careful on two wheels, and the team at VENTETE created their high-tenacity nylon and glass fibre reinforced aH-1 helmet with this in mind. Made to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, the aH-1 weighs under 500g, deflates to a fraction of its full size, and is the ideal accessory for summer cycles.
MOSS Taupe Suede Overshirt

As Gentleman’s Journal contributor a former deputy editor, Jonny Wells once said “there are few things more effortlessly, elegantly cool than a good suede jacket. It’s got all the style and strut of its leather cousin, but without the shiny self-importance.” A sentiment as true today as it was when first written; the suede jacket (or overshirt) remains a conservative classic and an essential piece of summer layering that’s light in construction but heavy on compliments. Take this taupe piece from MOSS; enviably versatile and understatedly practical, it’s the perfect second layer to have on hand.
Hublot Square Bang Tourbillon 4-Day Power Reserve

Never a brand to do things in half-measures, Hublot’s latest release, the Square Bang Tourbillon 4-Day Power Reserve, has (quite efficiently) achieved several exciting brand firsts. Not only is it the first Square Bang with two central hands, it’s also the first with a 3D carbon case, the first to be regulated by a Tourbillon and the first to contain only square bridges. A fusion of form and function, Hublot fully utilised its in-house Manufacture in creating this piece, with the results naturally speaking for themselves.
Marshall Heston 120 Soundbar

Founded by ‘Lord of Loud’ Jim Marshall in 1962, Marshall has been a stalwart of amplification and audio excellence for over 60 years. Though best known for their on-stage kit, Marshall’s expertise also spans into their home range, and their latest release, the Heston 120 soundbar brings Dolby Atmos immersive sound right into your screening room. The brand’s first soundbar, the Heston 120 has been tuned to deliver unobstructed TV and film audio, in addition to wide-reaching sound and powerful bass for when music is all you need.
Louis Roederer Brut Nature 2018

A labour of love for nearly 20 years, Brut Nature is the creation of Louis Roederer CEO, Frédéric Rouzaud, Cellar Master, Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon, and designer, Phillippe Starck. The fifth cuvée in this one-of-a-kind-champagne, Brut Nature is something of a laboratory for the future of the Champagne region in the context of climate change and this year has seen a release of both white and rosé expressions, with the latter showcasing a juicy structure, bright and floral aromas, with a delicate (yet intriguingly spicy) finish. Available exclusively at Harrods from August 1.
Club Marevista Eau de Parfum

Created to bottle that unmistakable holiday feeling, Club Marevista (from the team that created one of our favourite menswear brands, MR MARVIS) is the new perfume and personal care brand that’s seeking to inject every season with a feel-good summer ethos. Channelling the Mediterranean Coast, it’s Club Marevista Eau de Parfum that makes our list, with crisp bergamot and elemi notes announcing its presence on the nose, before settling into a clean, woody finish.
Luca Faloni Linen-Cotton Bomber Jacket

There’s a lot to be said for a ‘throw on’ garment, and Luca Faloni’s Linen-Cotton Bomber Jacket is just that. Handmade in Iseo, Northern Italy, and crafted of 67 per cent cotton and 33 per cent linen, this unlined, elevated take on the traditional bomber is a lesson in versatility and style, with additional details in the horned button cuffs and goatskin suede inserts at the rear collar and in the pockets rounding off this distinguished piece.
Moët & Chandon Legacy Case

2025 marks the 20th Anniversary of Moët & Chandon’s widely acclaimed chef de cave, Benoît Gouez, and what better way to celebrate than by teaming up with friend of the brand and Benoît’s personal friend, Roger Federer. The pair have created and curated The Legacy Case; a bespoke RIMOWA suitcase to house the essentials required by the ardent champagne drinker. The case features all the luxury trappings of the German luggage manufacturer, as well as eight bottle compartments to hold a magnum of the Grand Vintage 1998, a bottle of Collection Imperiale and six bottles of the Grand Vintage Collection. Though the weight might incur additional airline baggage costs, it’s unlikely that Legacy Case owners fly commercial.
Beaufort & Blake Shalford Windbreaker

A frequently overlooked summer staple, the classic windbreaker has come a long way since the kaleidoscopic patterns of the 80s, and this piece from Beaufort & Blake is case in point. Made from 100 per cent cotton, this quarter zip iteration is primed for coastal and countryside capers, and pairs easily with well-worn jeans or relaxed shorts.
