Words: Violet
A night out at Tonteria is never a standard night out. Guy Pelly‘s Mexican-themed nightclub in Sloane Square has been a hit from the minute it opened – perhaps the tequila train and the hot waitresses had something to do with it.
But Tonteria just got even wilder. With the launch last week of their new ‘Do Not Disturb’ nights, on Thursdays, it has reached a new level of decadence. And it seemed as though the whole of London turned up to join in the party. How could they resist, when the invites had the words ‘Do Not Disturb, he’s bending me over’ emblazoned on them? The video to promote the night was banned on YouTube. THAT’S how racy it is. (Don’t worry, you can have a sneak peek at it by clicking the link below.)
The queue for Tonteria last Thursday reached, literally, all the way around the block, stretching as far as Rag and Bone. Luckily for those waiting in line, there were Dolci Follie-clad babes on hand to wander up and down the queue, stroking the waiting hoardes. Spencer Matthews didn’t even make it in (although his Made in Chelsea co-star Francis Boulle put in an appearance). Guests, including Javed Fiyaz, Tom Freud and Jake Warren poured into the VIP area where they were served Ell Jimador frozen margaritas by more lingerie-clad beauties. Ben Goldsmith, Elizabeth Murdoch and Jamie Murray-Wells all showed up to see what the fuss was about, while Henry Conway seemed to be enjoying a spanking. Giggling girls came out of the loos blushing – perhaps it was the porn sound effects. After a burlesque show by lesbian act Sweet Harlots, Javed Fiyaz bought everyone in the club a shot of XB Sex On The Beach. We could tell you what happened afterwards… but we’d have to kill you.
