Cocktail of Week – Seven Swans-a-Swimming

On the 7th day of Christmas what did his true love say? Taking inspiration from the swans on the Sipsmith label, this cocktail to be made exclusively in the Harvey Nichols bar is made with Sipsmith Sloe Gin, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup and Harvey Nichols Prosecco, garnished with lemon and a cinnamon stick.

The cocktail will be launching on Sunday 15 December in Harvey Nichols stores nationwide.
