Cocktail of the Week – Eleven Pipers Piping

Another one of our favourite cocktails made exclusively in the Harvey Nichols bar in the run up to Christmas, this is Eleven Pipers Piping. Expertly blended with Perique tobacco liqueur, Miclo Kirsch eau de vie, Mozart Dry Chocolate Spirit, popcorn essence and topped with ginger ale; this daring drink will leave tastebuds intrigued yet supremely tantalised.

The Eleven Pipers Piping will be launching on Thursday 19 December. The 12 Days of Cocktails drinks are priced at £12.50 in OXO Tower Bar and Fifth Floor Bar, Knightsbridge; £9.50 at Second Floor Bar, Bristol, Second Floor Bar, Manchester, Forth Floor Bar, Edinburgh, Fourth Floor Bar, Leeds and Espresso Café, Birmingham and €9.50 at First Floor Bar, Dublin.
