Amsterdam-based menswear brand MR MARVIS was founded in 2016 with the goal of creating the perfect pair of shorts. Almost a decade later, that goal has been realised: the brand is famed for its seemingly endless options of perfectly cut shorts in an array of colours, fabrics and fits. Not to mention shirts and trousers, too – all imbued with a fun-loving summery spirit, designed to take their wearer effortlessly from beach to bar.

Now that the brand’s DNA has been firmly established, its team is bringing that same sharp vision and feel-good energy to a new chapter. Introducing Club Marevista, a new grooming brand that draws inspiration from MR MARVIS’s travels along iconic stretches of the Mediterranean – from the French Riviera to the Amalfi Coast and the sun-kissed shores of Sicily.

The debut collection launches with two signature products: an eau de parfum and a high-protection sun spray – summer holiday essentials that capture the essence of long, languorous days by the beach and balmy evenings under the stars.

Club Marevista Eau de Parfum was created exclusively for the brand by a family-run boutique fragrance house in the world’s perfume capital of Grasse, France. The result is a woody marine fragrance that opens with bright bergamot and elemi, before unfolding into fresh marine notes and settling into the grounding warmth of sandalwood, cedarwood and oakmoss. It’s fresh, light and perfect for everyday wear, whether you’re living it up on a sunlounger or out on the town.

For those of us who shudder at the thought of applying thick, greasy sunscreen that leaves a white cast, Club Marevista presents the ultimate antidote: an ultralight Sun Spray that’s quick-drying and hydrating. Enriched with seaweed, rosemary and a touch of spearmint for a cooling effect, the SPF30 formulation is reef-friendly, vegan and microplastic-free, and can be used on the face and body.
