Aigle x Nigel Cabourn AW14 Capsule Collection

French brand Aigle has collaborated with British designer, Nigel Cabourn, to create a unique, workwear inspired collection for autumn/winter 2014. Made in France, and utilising the history and authenticity of both brands, the collection comprises of rugged outerwear pieces, three pairs of boots and a bag, all of which combine functionality and style in perfect harmony.

Although they are located on different sides of the English Channel, both Aigle and Nigel Cabourn are brands that wear their heritage on their sleeves. Having little to do with trends and choosing to ignore the fads of the fashion world, both brands excel in creating functional classics that don’t skimp on quality. In light of this we thought we’d take a closer look at our favourite items from their new collection.

LE GALIBOT JACKET, , This traditional wool donkey jacket has been brought up to date with washed blue cotton panelling, which subtlety contrasts against the deep blue of the rest of the construction.
