Land Rover Debuts World’s First Invisible Car
No you have not read that incorrectly and no this is not an advert for the new James Bond film, this technology is real, pioneering and totally revolutionary. Land Rover announced this morning that they are developing trailblazing technology which they have called “Transparent Bonnet”. A virtual imaging concept, it will allow drivers a digital view of the terrain ahead making the front of the car ‘virtually invisible’. This state of the art technological development means that drivers are enabled a visual capacity unlike any car before it, being able to see exactly what is underneath and directly in front of the vehicle there in by avoiding hidden obstacles.

Exciting news yesterday out of the Mercedes camp as their new SL400 is unveiled. The impressive development sees the SL350 upgraded with a new 3.0 litre V6 engine producing a roaring 333bhp and 354lb ft of torque (27bhp and 81lb ft more than the SL350). This means 0-62mph in 5.2 seconds with a top speed of 155mph.
