On Tuesday 13th June, Harry Jarman, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Gentleman’s Journal, hosted a drinks reception for partners and friends of the brand at the iconic Harry’s Bar in Florence.
Since 1953, Harry’s Bar has been synonymous with class and elegance, and despite changing ownership in 1972, its timeless tradition and style remains unchanged. We love the mementoes of the past, including original stools at the bar, a label of Margaux Hemingway’s favourite champagne and a photo of Liz Taylor in front of her cocktail.
Guests included partners and friends from Tracksmith, Crockett & Jones, Myrqvist, Anglo Italian, Stile Latino, De Petrillo and TBD Eyewear, as well as Westley Richards, Cheaney, Bennett Winch, Thom Sweeney, Carl Friedrik, Bluemint and Alexander Kraft.
Everyone enjoyed glasses of Negroni Sbagliato, Campari Spritz and Italian wines, while overlooking the Arno River with enchanting views of the famous Florence bridges – the perfect start to Pitti Uomo. ,
