The brand aims to make the entire experience easy for customers; no long processes, no complicated design elements and no ridiculous wait time. The steps are simple: choose your model, personalise your product and wait a mere number of weeks for delivery. Fabrics, material and the incredible colour palette that you can choose from are of the utmost quality and are made in Portugal by some of the best shoemakers in the world.
Customer service is at the heart of Undandy’s ethos; the team aims to answer enquires within two hours of a customer asking, and if you’re unhappy with your product (which we can guarantee won’t happen), Undandy promises to arrange a free collection, exchange or refund.
