Each week we present to you some of the best products on the planet. Whether it’s tweed overcoats or collaborative timepieces, these are the items that you need to shake up your lifestyle for the better...
N.Peal - Round Neck Cotton Cashmere Henley
First conceptualised in the 19th century in a quaint Oxfordshire town (you’ll never guess which one) and designed as a thermal base layer before being adopted by rowers for its breathability and ease of movement, the henley has been a steady force in menswear ever since. Not surprisingly N.Peal do the style very well, and its cashmere and Supima cotton version brings an elevated touch to this classic piece.
Luca Faloni - Classic Blue Jeans
Though perhaps not quite as vocal as Neil Diamond or Lana Del Rey, our adoration for a solid pair of blue jeans knows no restraint. An undeniable menswear staple, the blue jeans’ versatility is immeasurable, and as such have been adorned by practically every style icon throughout history, from James Dean to Princess Di. Our March favourite: this mid-rise cut style from Luca Faloni. Expertly fashioned in Northern Italy, this European iteration differs from traditional US variations with a rivetless construction and absence of a rear leather patch, adding to this pairs understated and timeless appeal.
Slowear - Jacket with Down Padding
A garment that could easily have been plucked from the Tom Wambsgans wardrobe of success(ion), the Down Padding Jacket from Slowear is the epitome of refined professional outerwear. Crafted from water-repellent technical fabric and modelled on a traditional men’s blazer, this goose-down filled jacket (with removable internal waistcoat) pairs seamlessly with business and semi-formal ensembles, tactfully merging innovative layering with conventional tailoring.
Espolòn Tequila - Tequila Blanco
Unaged and exquisitely balanced, Tequila Blanco from the artisans at Espolòn Tequila is created using 100 per cent Blue Weber agave, giving the liquid a tropical fruit and lemon zest scent, whilst allowing it to be enjoyed neat, over ice, or in a multitude of cocktails. A worthy addition to the bar trolley this Margarita Month (February 22nd – March 22nd), shake with ice, lime and Ancho Reyes Verde liqueur for a fiery take on a classic.
Ressence - Type 9 IKE
A horological expression of the past, present and future, the Type 9 IKE from Belgian watchmaker, Ressence, uses its revered Type 9 designed as a canvas for space-age artwork, courtesy of Japanese artist Terumasa Ikeda. Limited to just 8 pieces, Ikeda’s artwork wasn’t simply applied to this piece but rather created especially for it and the precise layering of lacquer and ultra-fine mother-of-pearl inlay create an undeniably celestial composition, right on the wrist.
Walker Slater - Nathan Shetland Tweed Coat
Crafted to boast the finesse of a town coat, but with the comfort and fit of a tailored jacket, the Nathan Shetland Coat from tweed connoisseurs, Walker Slater, is a frock coat-inspired transitional piece. Designed with a wider herringbone windowpane pattern, this knee-length, charcoal jacket offers structured shoulders and a narrow notch lapel for a versatile style that works comfortably as a swift second layer or as a traditional overcoat.
Son of a Tailor - Cashmere Polo Shirt
Made to order from 100 per cent cashmere spun by Linsieme outside Florence, the Cashmere Polo Shirt from Son of a Tailor is a comfortable and adaptable pre-Spring go-to. Created using 3D knitting technology to ensure each garment is made in one piece (removing irritating seams and production waste), this enviably soft throw-on pairs perfectly with tailored trousers, or a more casual jean.
Swaine - Kensington Laptop Bag
Though it’s unlikely that founding father Benjamin Franklin had the Kensington Laptop Bag in mind when he stated that ‘for every minute spent organising, an hour is earned,’ this adage does position this neat style from Swaine as not only a suave addition to the daily carry, but also a time machine of sorts. Crafted in calfskin leather and lined in alcantara fabric, this four-pocketed piece keeps all personal and professional accoutrements in immaculate order, allowing one to focus sharply and admirably on the tasks at hand.
LESTRANGE - The 360° Jacket
Developed in Nomi, Japan and meticulously made from crease-free and water-resistant 360TechWeave, the 360° Jacket from LESTRANGE is a lightweight modular essential with covert tech hidden within. A firm favourite of F1 World Champion, Jenson Button, this piece has been designed to flow freely with the body, offering all-day comfort and situational versatility whether you’re stationary or on the move.
Jo Malone - Black Cedarwood & Juniper Aftershave Moisturiser
Specifically formulated for men’s skin, the experts at Jo Malone created its Aftershave Moisturiser with hyaluronic acid and antioxidants to replenish skin and offer all-day hydration. Working as a post-shave lotion or daily moisturiser, the black cedarwood and juniper provides a masculine and woody fragrance, leaving wearers soothed, scented and primed to face the day.
Percival - Greyson Long Trench Coat
An essential weapon in the pre-April showers arsenal, the Greyson Long Trench Coat from British outfitter, Percival, is steadily becoming a modern-day icon. Though it may be the striking Forest Green colourway that turns heads, it’s the 10,000mm waterproof fabric with 2,000g/sqm breathability that takes it off the coat rack time and again. Hidden detailing in the fully tapered seams and a large internal pocket (that fits a MacBook) artfully complete this sophisticated raincoat.
TAG Heuer - Wempe x TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph
Crossing the line just ahead of the 2026 Formula 1 season (beginning this Sunday), the latest release from TAG Heuer sees the launch of the brand’s inaugural collaboration with German jeweller, Wempe, and the partnership’s first limited edition timepiece. Engineered with a noticeably retro aesthetic, the 39mm Carrera Chronograph features a rare silver and blue colour palette, with the case design and construction nodding back to Jack Heuer and the original 1963 model.
