This cocktail is perfect for the Christmas period. Made using the renowned Chase vodka, it combines both the warmth of the scotch whisky and sweetness of the apple and honey. It can’t fail to please even the most discerning drinker.

2 Shots of Chase Vodka, 1 Spoon of Honey, 1/4 shots of apple juice (freshly pressed), 1/4 shot of scotch whiskey, 1/2 fresh egg white (farm fresh)

Glass: Martini, Garnish: dust with flamed cinnamon, Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and finely strain into a chilled glass
