#CharterOnDemand: A film by David Gandy
Watch the model's second film now
Last summer, model David Gandy teamed up once again with Gentleman’s Journal to shoot his second film. Titled ‘#CharterOnDemand’, and made with the intention of exhibiting what can be done in 24 hours with an on-demand charter, this slick and smooth project is an impressive follow-up to his directorial debut in last year’s I am the Smart Commuter – a short film that celebrated the incredible amphibious abilities of Iguana yachts.
Recorded last summer, the latest film begins in an office on Mount Street, Mayfair and ends in the parties and waters of Monte Carlo. While everything is directed by Gandy, the whole recording is seen through the eyes of a jetsetting gent, and includes experiences such as riding a motorbike through the streets of London, sitting aboard a private Fly Victor plane on the way to Monaco and enjoying the luxury amenities of an Edmiston-chartered yacht.

And if your wanderlust has been sparked by #CharterOnDemand, then why not check out any of the services featured?

Fly Victor is the smartphone app and website that’s simplified the way private planes are chartered today. Whereas clients were previously at the mercy of brokers who would seldom share crucial information (such as the details of the aircraft or their own profit margin on any deal), with Fly Victor, travellers can compare and choose from multiple quotes, see the type of plane they’ll be on and book spare seats on already chartered flights.
Edmiston is a world leader in the superyacht industry and specialises in the sale, charter, management and new construction of the largest and most important vessels in the world, including the Akula, Azteca II and the Helois.
Finally, a special mention to Triumph and Breitling for providing David’s film with all the essentials a gent on-the-go needs for a weekend abroad.
