Bill Gates has just turned 60 – here is his life in pictures

The name Bill Gates has a certain degree on immortality about it. His vast fortunes have been resolute at the ether reaches of the world’s Rich List for decades – he is currently valued at $79.2 billion. He is a business magnate, stalwart philanthropist and, arguably, the most revered entrepreneur of our generation – if not all time.
