Tonight, to celebrate both Independence Day and British Airways new flight route to New Orleans, the atmosphere will be drenched in the Mardi Gras spirit of the Louisiana city, offering up a selection of deep south-inspired dishes and cocktails.

Expect deep fried buttermilk chicken, mini Cajun duck Boudins, BBQ asparagus and beignets with cinnamon icing sugar. Cocktails including the Strawberry Louisiana and the Bourbon Street will be on offer and the music will be provided by a New Orleans Funk Trio.
