A new report has researched and ranked the worst professions to be in this year. With the advent of certain technologies, some careers have been hit hard whilst others are subject to other pressures that make them a stressful occupation to be in. CareerCast has examined criteria such as income, environment, stress and hiring rates for hundreds of jobs and compiled a list of those which would be worth getting out of sooner rather than later. These are the worst jobs of 2016, Stateside at least:

So throwing yourself into burning buildings, being shot at it and the risk of being crushed by a recently felled tree are all better than working for The Mirror.
Alternatively, if you’re looking for a career change, data scientists, statisticians, information security analysts, audiologists and diagnostic medical sonographers have it pretty good right now, apparently.
