Where to watch Wimbledon 2026

From a beloved SW19 pub to a £5,000-per-night terrace suite...

Start pouring the Pimm’s and stocking up on strawberries: summer is upon us, which means it’s officially Wimbledon season. If you’ve snagged tickets to the world’s most historic tennis tournament, we salute you. And if you haven’t, fear not: we’ve collated a helpful edit of some of the best big screens to catch the action.

Ham Yard Hotel

Ham Yard Hotel’s ‘Centre Court-Yard’ is returning for another year. On the Soho hotel’s leafy outdoor terrace, a big screen will be broadcasting the tournament every day of Wimbledon. The matches are best enjoyed with a cocktail in one hand and a bowl of traditional strawberries and cream in the other. Or if you want to take things up a notch, indulge in a special Wimbledon-themed afternoon tea served in a mini picnic hamper.

Duke of York Square

Everyone's favourite square gets even better in the summertime with the return of Strawberries & Screen to Duke of York Square this July. Set in prime position opposite the Saatchi Gallery, select tournament matches will be shown throughout the fortnight, while guests can enjoy food from Vardo, a pop-up bar by Chelsea Grocer and a seasonal Aesop pop-up. Weekend mini tennis sessions will also keep little ones entertained when their attention starts to wander. With front-row deckchair seating and picnic spots, it's almost better than the real thing.

Eccleston Yards

This urban oasis in the heart of Belgravia is hosting a ‘Summer of Sport’, kicking off with Wimbledon. There are deck chairs, picnic benches and bean bags from which to watch the tennis, as well as a pop-up serving frozen chocolate-coated strawberries.

Rose & Crown Wimbledon

Where better to catch a slice of the action than smack bang in the middle of it all in SW19? The Rose & Crown in Wimbledon will be showing the full tournament and is perfectly primed to provide match day viewers with the all-important refreshments of cold pints and seasonal plates. It’s less than a 15-minute stroll from Centre Court, and with a Strawberries and Cream mobile bar and live music for the majority of the week, this makes it an ideal post-match pit-stop.

1 Hotel Mayfair

Fancy a truly exclusive Wimbledon experience? Check into a suite at the ultra-luxurious 1 Hotel Mayfair, where you can enjoy the tournament from your own private terrace. Tennis on the Terrace, if you will. You'll have a live match screening set-up complete with lawn chairs, a Pimm's bar, strawberries and cream, and a summer barbecue. Just be prepared to splash the cash, as a terrace suite will set you back at least a few grand.

The Hound Chiswick

Chiswick neighbourhood favourite The Hound will be keeping tennis fans entertained throughout the tournament, with large screens across the pub and a line-up of exclusive Wimbledon specials. Expect 2.5L Pimm's towers, the playfully named New Balls Please cocktail, and an English Strawberry and Vanilla Custard Tart. Sounds like a pub lock-in is on the cards.

KIOKU BY ENDO

Live screenings of The Championships are taking over the rooftop terrace at The OWO, because where better to watch than with one of London’s best views? But take it a step further with a Japanese dining experience and an afternoon terrace menu in partnership with Minuty, and you might find it hard to keep your attention on the tennis.

The Zetter Bloomsbury

Taking it upon themselves to deliver Wimbledon in the garden in true British fashion, The Zetter Bloomsbury has transformed its private garden and orangery into a relaxed open-air viewing space, complete with deckchairs, seasonal drinks and afternoon tea. Once the screenings are underway, guests can enjoy drinks such as the Gin and Deuce, the Second Serve, and a Strawberries & Cream Frosé. For those settling in for the full day, why not indulge in a hamper packed with all the essentials to become a true Wimbledonite.

Islington Square

North Londoners should make their way to Islington Square on stylish Upper Street, where free Wimbledon screenings will be held in the open air Boulevard. Bring a picnic blanket or nab a deck chair and enjoy refreshments from the like's of Megan's, OMNOM, The Great Chase and The Bottle Shop. Each weekend, Urban Food Fest will also be on-site, with their weekly food, drink and craft markets.
