We’re all familiar with his idiosyncratic story lines and quirky cinematography, but few will have picked up on his consistent use of unique first-person driving/skiing/steam train shots. But one Wes Anderson super fan did, and he’s done film fans the world over a service by super-cutting together his observations into a highlights reel of the best of the iconic director’s vehicle shots from movies like Life Aquatic and The Grand Budapest Hotel. The short video is a little piece of film history and celebrates the most original and creative director in a generation.
