The Diary: Inside the Prince’s Trust RISE Charity Lunch
- Words: Gentleman's Journal
It was a sun-kissed Tuesday when Prince’s trust Rise Board Members Harry Jarman and Farleigh Hungerford hosted a lunch for 30 on the roof of number 5 Hertford Street. The aim of the lunch was to raise much-needed funds for RISE, The Prince’s Trust millennial campaign aimed at transforming the lives of disadvantaged young people across the UK.
Guests discussed the project over glasses of Louis Roederer Champagne and Rumor Rosé and a menu of tuna tartare, roast seabass, aubergine croquettes and spicy baby chicken, followed by tarte tropézienne, naked chocolate tart and strawberry and cream semifreddo for dessert.
The lunch drew to a close with a raffle featuring prizes from Ralph Lauren, Love Brand & Co, Luca Faloni, Mulberry, Sir Plus, and Turnbull & Asser.
A special thanks must go to 5 Hertford St and the whole team.
