Quite how no one has thought to invent this App before is slightly beyond us, but then again we didn’t think of it either, did we? But it’s a situation that we have all found ourselves in on countless occasions and yet it is still as irritating as the first time it happened – will we ever learn?

Yes, it may be a sad fact that we are quite so governed by our phones, but if the rest of the world would join in then we would be more than happy to go back to pen and paper invitations and landline phone calls, but let’s not be stupid – we all know that isn’t happening any time soon. Instead, most of our daily plans involve totally vague and ambiguous texts to our friends, girlfriends and colleagues, usually along the lines of “Coffee or lunch in Mayfair around 1 ish this week?” and then the plans are changed, cancelled or occasionally even confirmed through a virtual game of ping-pong with emails, texts or calls. Last Message is the android app that will then text, email, Facebook message or even tweet the friends you select to alert them when your phone is about to die – giving all parties just enough time to set a quick confirmation of place and time before you loose each other in the void of coffee shops and bars that surround your plans.
