Style – Get Ready to Queue for J.Crew

J Crew, the US brand, has really turned itself around over the last year, and reincarnation on the fashion scene is all largely down to one woman, Jenna Lyons. Since Lyons filled the shoes of creative head at the fashion brand…hold that…since the fashion brand filled her shoes, this walking success has transformed a brand once renowned for its preppy Nantucket style into a power brand on the catwalk.

J Crew has fast-become one of the must-catch shows at Fashion Week. Lucky for us the brand has packed its collections and swept them up on a one-way flight to none-other than London. The American brand will be settling down in its flagship store on Regent Street on 1st November.

The good news doesn’t stop there because news has spread that a second exclusive menswear only store will be opening its doors to London’s gents on Lamb’s Conduit Street on 10th October. The brand’s plan is to sell shirting, the label’s Ludlow suiting and a number of other items from J Crew-approved brands, amongst which will be the likes of Thomas Mason, Corgi and Begg & Co.

The shop will also offer monogramming, custom stitching and buttons and a free delivery service. Put the date in your diary and check out the label’s latest collection in anticipation. jcrew.com
