Harry Elliot is the new luxury men’s swim short brand. Inspired by retro styling, they have eliminated the metal-ended drawstrings that brands introduced a decade ago to justify extortionate prices.

Harry Elliot is priced towards the top end of the market between £75 – £80, however when you look at the competition and what you are getting, this price becomes very reasonable. Firstly all their shorts are made in Britain and they work with a UK charity that trains unemployed young adults to become qualified and skilled machinists, but most importantly, giving them employment and a brighter future.

Their fabric has water resistant technology that repels water, allowing the fabric to dry quickly, but the fabric still feels soft to touch. This in our view is a serious plus, as there is nothing worse than sitting down for lunch in wet swim shorts.

They come in the most luxurious packaging, making it the perfect gift. There is a waterproof bag to ensure that the other clothes in your beach bag or suitcase don’t get wet. You also receive a waterproof wallet, which they say is “to ensure your money does not get wet when you are swimming from your yacht to the beach bar”, (that’s because we all have a yacht).
