Dwayne Johnson is the natural choice to star in the new Hercules film, set to take cinemas by storm on 25th July. The action packed film is directed by Brett Ratner, and follows the famed story of Hercules, the son of Zeus, who uses his God-like strength to battle mythical beasts alongside the descendants of Hades.
The film was shot in Budapest, and Johnson (aptly known as “The Rock”) is said to have undergone his most intense training to date. Considering the gruelling intensity of the former wrestler’s training on a day to day basis, this man is really putting us to shame!
The cast includes John Hurt, Rufus Sewell, Joseph Fiennes, Aksel Hennie, Tobias Santelmann, Rebecca Ferguson, and Ingrid Bolso Berdal, and is set to be the biggest action film of this summer.
