Diary – The Rush Movie Premier

As Lord Hesketh said, “men love women, but men really love cars”, and this was no more apparent than at the premier of Hollywood’s latest blockbuster, Rush, in London’s Leicester Square last night. The great and the good from Formula One turned up in their droves to get the first glimpse of this amazing tale of two of the sports greatest personalities. Chris Hemsworth had every girl screaming on the red carpet just as James Hunt did 40 years back in the pit lane. Niki Lauda arrived in his signature red cap, whilst Jenson Button arrived in yes….. his signature McLaren Formula One car. McLaren were also celebrating their 50th anniversary, and what better way to do it than having Ron Dennis lead a parade of McLaren super cars on arrival. After the film, guests made their way to One Marleybone to continue the party in style.
