Cocktail of the Week: The Sipsmith Sloe Gin

40ml Sipsmith sloe gin / Sipsmith damson vodka
Champagne
Method
Pour the Sipsmith into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into a champagne flute. Fill with Champagne. Optional: Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
