Cocktail Of The Week – The Farmer

With the summer finally here it’s time to get the BBQ’s out, however forget about the Pimm’s and try the Farmer. This refreshing and crisp cocktail is sure to get everyone talking.

The Farmer

2 cups Chase Cloudy apple juice, Juice of 1 Lemon, 100ml Chase Vodka, 50ml Chase Rhubarb Liqueur

Shake all ingredients with Ice and pour into a jug, top with 1 cup of cloudy ginger beer

For a festive garnish slice a pomegranate in half then tap the seeds over the drink.

Serve in what ever you can get your hands on
