Cocktail of The Week – Dufftown’s Sweet Heart

This cocktail is a real winter warmer and the perfect cocktail for this Christmas. Made from the smooth and sweet Singleton 12 year old single malt, that is distilled in the Dufftown distillery of Speyside. The result is one of pleasurable warmth.
Ingredients
30ml – Singleton of Dufftown 12yrs, 25ml – Peach snaps, 10 ml – Mango Puree, 10 ml – Milk, 5 ml – Egg White
Glass: Martini
Method: Add all the ingredients in the Boston Glass, shake & strain it into a Martini Glass.
Garnish: Mango Slice
