Temperatures in England are set to drop to a shocking -8 degrees this week and the horrific spurt of cold blasts are due to be with us until March. Walking to and from the office, whether your commute is 5 or 50 minutes, is the time where you’ll most notice the artic winds so cold that they almost reach your bones. It’s been proven time and time again that if either your head or your feet get cold, the rest of your body is going to struggle to reach a semi-regular temperature.
