Siren: the ultimate superyacht

Within a year of her launch from German shipyard Nobiskrug in 2008, the 73m SIREN had taken the title for the World Superyacht Awards ‘Motor Yacht of the Year’. This was a well-deserved prize for a superyacht that has been meticulously thought-out to offer her guests the very best of life on the open waves – freedom, privacy and a list of amenities that will keep even the most demanding of guests entertained.

From the outside, SIREN’s strong, masculine lines hint at her world exploration capabilities, which have taken her everywhere from the dramatic fjords of Norway to the cerulean waters of the Caribbean. Step inside, however, and her whole persona softens, welcoming her guests into a wide selection of luxurious living areas that cater to every occasion. This is largely due to the beautiful styling, which manages to successfully balance modern elegance with functionality in a range of spaces that can accommodate everything from formal events to family living.

The expansive main salon is a great example of this, with clusters of hand-picked furniture arranged into social seating hubs that lead though to an exceptionally long dining table, all of which benefit from the natural light pouring through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Each of the six staterooms on board exhibit a slight variation in design to suit the different personalities who may be occupying them, though the master suite, with its private office, fold down balcony and Lalique-fitted his and hers bathrooms is in a league of its own.

As comfortable as her indoor living areas are, SIREN is a superyacht that was built for outdoor adventure. Acres of deck space play host to everything you could need to enjoy the spectacular settings of anywhere you may find yourself in the world. This includes an open-air cinema (there’s another cinema inside for those who like options), a bar, a beach club and various sunbathing and al fresco dining areas, to name a few. Her tender garage meanwhile is home to a 10m Royal Tender, ensuring guests get to and from the shore in style – and a range of toys to include jet skis, Seabobs, a Flyboard and a full list of towables and inflatables.

SIREN can be found traversing the picturesque cruising grounds of the Mediterranean throughout the summer and is available to charter through Burgess at weekly rates starting from €476,000 per week.
