“Have you ever wondered why in Hollywood movies, all the villains are played by Brits?”
This is the first time Jaguar will advertise in the commercials of the Superbowl, and they are so proud of their debut that they have already released it. And rightly so. This commercial, entitled Rendezvous, is epic, with actors Tom Hiddleston, Ben Kingsley and Mark Strong uniting as the ultimate British film villains to let us know just why we are so good at being bad. The slot for the 60 second advert, which highlights the new Jaguar F-Type Coupé cost $8,000,000 and Jaguar has made full use of its time pulling in acclaimed director Tom Hooper (The Kings Speech) to direct.
The advert will air at Sunday’s game (2nd Feb) in the commercial break of the 4th quarter.
