Global icon and HAIG CLUB brand ambassador David Beckham and his long-time friend Simon Fuller hosted a private event in honour of HAIG CLUB Single Grain Scotch Whisky.
The event took place on Palm Island in Miami and marks the second in a series of pop-up experiences put on by the brand. The idea behind the series of events is that each one opens up the world of the House of Haig, where the Whisky is introduced in unexpected ways to the influential guests in attendance. This weekend, fellow event-goers included NBA legend Scottie Poppen, the West Wing’s Dule Hill, ex-Grey’s Anatomy actress Kate Walsh and Orange is the New Black star Dascha Polank
David Beckham commented of the night, “Miami is one of my favourite cities and it’s a place which means a lot to me. It has such energy and vibrancy – people here are always looking for new experiences and so it’s great to be able to present HAIG CLUB here in this way for friends old and new.”
The HAIG CLUB residency will stay on this stunning private location in Miami until September 19th and will move to Shanghai in 2016. HAIG CLUB was launched in the heart of London last month, where the event series was kicked off at the Wellington Arch.
