Films to get you in the Christmas Spirit

There are certain films that, throughout most of the year, if you see them on television and you will barely bat an eyelid. You might switch over and think, ah yes, I love this film, but very rarely will you actually sit down to watch it in its entirety. Other things just get in the way or seem more important. This rule applies from mid-January to the end of November at least.

However, during this remaining month and a half window it is totally acceptable to sit down, watch these films and muse about how “you haven’t seen it in forever” (even though you probably watched it when it was on at the exact same time the year before).

Whether they be classics from the past or all time family favourites, there are certain films that always seem to be shown around this time of year. These are our favourites for getting us in the festive spirit.
