Clerkenwell Boy chooses his 7 favourite places to eat in London

Famous anonymity is no easy feat. Few are able to become a master in their field while avoiding the spotlight – eventually, everyone gets found out. Unless, that is, they are doing it for pure passion and interest rather than silent financial gain and fame. In this respect, it is little wonder that the prolific foodie and Instagram sensation Clerkenwell Boy has remained a figment of people’s imaginations; the man above the lens, in front of which is the finest cuisine to hit a bowl or plate.

The Australian-born gastronome now resides in London, and has ventured to every deserving café, bar and restaurant in the capital. His feed (excuse the pun) is, quite simply, mouth watering – the most incredible showcase of culinary creations known to man. Narrowing his explorations down to a single personal preference is as easy as navigating the assembly instructions to a NASA space shuttle, in Latin. Fortunately, Clerkenwell Boy has done it for you – here are his 7 favourite places to eat in London.

1. Breakfast at Hawksmoor Guildhall

5. Catch up with the boys over some serious steak and king crab at the Beast Restaurant

Crack open a few bottles of fine wine from their cellar to wash it all down.

6. The Supreme Saturday brunch at Yauatcha City…

…includes a welcome cocktail, steamed dim sum, fried dim sum, main course, dessert, wine and another cocktail to finish.

7. Sundays wouldn’t be complete without an epic Sunday Roast at Blacklock Soho.
