The Jaeger-LeCoultre Grande Reverso ultra thin is a tribute to 1931. This beautiful art deco inspired watch was first made in the 1930’s for polo players who wanted to protect the crystal on their watches when playing. This was done by simply turning the case around on the swivel, hence the name ‘Reverso’.
Although designed in the 1930’s, the styling is still as contemporary and timeless as ever. The sliding case is made from 18 caret gold and the glass from sapphire crystal, this is to reflect the 1931 model. The movement is a Jaeger-LeCoultre own movement with a 45 hour power reserve.
