Introducing: James Bond’s new Aston Martin DB10

James Bond’s new car have been unveiled today. The new Aston Martin DB10 will be piloted by Daniel Craig in the next Bond film, to be called Spectre.

Never before has a car been made purely for Bond. The stunning design has sent fans into a frenzy as anticipation builds for the next iteration in the world’s most famous film series.

The sleek lines and shorter wheelbase defies the idea that it will replace the current DB9. In fact, if Aston Martin are to release it to the general public, it will likely rival the likes of Porsche’s 911 and Jaguar’s F-Type. There will be a limited production run of 10 vehicles, all of which will be built at by the craftsmen at Aston’s factory in Gaydon. It is unknown whether they’ll go on sale though. Based around what will likely be the new V8 Vantage, the DB10 is expected to boast a 450bhp+ V8 engine, making it every bit as quick as it looks.

Acclaimed director Sam Mendes is to return on Spectre, and he’s been heavily involved in the design process of the DB10, along with Aston Martin chief creative officer, Mark Reichman. It’s unknown whether the iconic DB5 will make another appearance this time around, but when the new car looks this good, we’re not sure that even matters.

Spectre is scheduled for general release on November 6th, 2015.
